Terms & Conditions – Tokekwin Malaysia Online Casino & Sports Betting Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the tokekwin platform, which operates under the domain tokekwin.bio. This Agreement should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy tokekwin, which forms part of this document.

In this Agreement:

• "Tokekwin", "us", "platform" refers to the company operating tokekwin and all services offered through the tokekwin.bio website.
• "Player", "member", "you" refers to any individual who registers for or uses tokekwin's services.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered by the player on the tokekwin platform.
• "Funds" refers to funds in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in the player's account.
• "Game" refers to all forms of entertainment offered, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, baccarat, roulette, and more.

The tokekwin platform offers Sports Betting services (football, badminton, cricket, e-sports, and more) as well as online casino services (live dealer, slots, table games) to eligible players in Malaysia.

To register and use the tokekwin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Aged at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times when using tokekwin's services.
• Is a Malaysian resident or an individual lawfully present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not a member of any group prohibited by law from participating in betting activities.
• Has never previously been banned by tokekwin for a terms violation.

Tokekwin reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Players who fail to provide the required documentation within the specified timeframe risk having their accounts suspended pending verification.

Each player is only permitted to have one (1) tokekwin account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full name, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Providing false information is a serious violation of these terms.

Your responsibilities as a player include:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify tokekwin immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Keep your personal information up to date through the account settings panel.
• Is fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account as long as the correct password is used to access it.

Tokekwin will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

Tokekwin accepts deposits via legitimate payment methods available in Malaysia only. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and no foreign payment methods are accepted.

All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and be your own personal money. Tokekwin reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal, particularly for transactions exceeding RM2,000.

Any attempt to use illegally obtained or fraudulent funds will be reported to the relevant authorities, and the player's account will be closed immediately.

Players are entitled to withdraw funds from their tokekwin account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals must be made to the payment method that was same as the deposit method used, for anti-money laundering purposes.
• If a player has an active bonus, its rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes after a request is submitted during normal operating hours.
• Tokekwin does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond tokekwin's control.

In certain circumstances, tokekwin reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals. This may include identity verification (KYC), proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method. This is a standard security measure that protects players' interests.

Tokekwin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new players and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page.

General terms applicable to all tokekwin bonuses:

• One welcome bonus per player – The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per registered account.
• Rollover (Wagering) Requirement: The welcome bonus carries a 20x rollover requirement (based on the bonus amount). For example, a RM100 bonus requires RM2,000 in total wagers before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity Period: Most bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of credit. Bonuses that expire before the rollover requirement is met will be automatically forfeited.
• Bet Limit During Rollover: While meeting the rollover requirement, a single bet may not exceed 10% of the bonus amount received.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to rollover calculations. Slots typically contribute 100%, while baccarat and roulette may contribute at a lower rate depending on the relevant promotion.

Tokekwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

All bets placed on the tokekwin platform are final once confirmed by the system, except under circumstances specified in these terms. Players are responsible for ensuring that all betting details are accurate before confirmation.

For Sports Betting (including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, cricket, and e-sports):

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless there is a clear technical error.
• Bets placed on matches that are subsequently postponed or cancelled (by more than 12 hours) will be fully refunded.
• Tokekwin reserves the right to void or correct any bet where there is a material error in the displayed odds due to a system error or data input mistake.
• Bets placed on matches already in progress (in-play) are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except in the event of a verifiable technical disruption.

For live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger):

• Live game outcomes are determined by the dealer's physical actions as captured on camera and are final.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game round, tokekwin will rely on recorded data to determine the valid outcome.
• Rounds interrupted due to connectivity issues on the player's end do not entitle the player to a bet cancellation.

Tokekwin uses 256-bit SSL encryption technology to protect all data transmitted between your device and tokekwin's servers. Your bank account information, card numbers, and payment details are never stored in tokekwin's systems.

To enhance the security of your account, tokekwin recommends:

• Using a strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols).
• Change your password regularly, at least once every 3 months.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Not logging in to your tokekwin account over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.

The use of players' personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy tokekwin, which forms part of this agreement. Tokekwin will not sell or share players' personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without the player's consent.

Tokekwin has zero tolerance for any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and legal action:

• Money laundering: Using the tokekwin platform to process illegally obtained funds.
• Multiple account registration: Creating more than one account to claim bonuses repeatedly or to circumvent restrictions.
• Use of automated software: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play or place bets.
• Bug exploitation: Deliberately exploiting errors or technical bugs in the platform for personal gain.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or a dealer to manipulate game outcomes.
• Payment fraud: Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or initiating an unauthorised chargeback after a withdrawal has been processed.

The tokekwin platform provides the following tools to help players maintain self-control:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 72-hour waiting period.
• Betting Limit: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can wager within a given period.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion: Suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months. During this period, you will be unable to log in or access any tokekwin services.

Tokekwin reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms set out in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Engaging in activities suspected of fraud or money laundering.
• Actions that compromise the security or integrity of the tokekwin platform.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities or valid court orders.
• Death of the account holder – in such cases, the next of kin must submit valid documentation to claim the funds.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting tokekwin customer support. Once a closure request is received, all valid remaining funds (excluding bonuses) in the account will be processed for withdrawal to the registered payment method within 5 business days.

The tokekwin platform is provided "as is". While we strive to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times, tokekwin makes no guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, technical errors, or downtime.

Tokekwin is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from the player's own betting or gaming decisions.
• Technical disruptions caused by third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP) failures or telecommunications infrastructure beyond tokekwin's control.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to safeguard their login credentials.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.

In all circumstances, tokekwin's maximum liability to any player is limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Tokekwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this page with an updated revision date.

Tokekwin will endeavour to notify players of significant amendments through:

• A pop-up notification will appear on the platform upon your next login.
• A notification email to the email address registered to the player's account.
• An update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tokekwin platform after any amendments are published will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and contact customer support to close your account.
